Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting a small, independent Kpop merch maker! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time All items are made-to-order. Please allow 1-2 business days for your item to be printed, finished, and packaged before it ships. During high-demand periods (comebacks, new releases, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS from High Point, North Carolina.

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days after fulfillment
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days after fulfillment Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

International Shipping We ship internationally via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination country
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping rates.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost (no movement for 15+ days domestically or 30+ days internationally), please contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund your order.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
