The top part is 3d printed, and the bottom is a UV flashlight. The flashlight is rechargeable via USB and the top part is UV reactive. Please note-The handle is telescopic and moves up and down to change how bright the lightstick is. Measures 8.25 inches tall. The top part is approximately 4 inches by 3.50 inches. Includes base for use as display as shown and has a cutout path in the bottom and center to feed the usb cable for charging/display.
